Short answer
Island eSIM compares travel eSIM plans. We don’t sell eSIMs, so when you buy one, your contract is with the provider and its terms apply. We check prices on the providers’ own sites and date every check, but prices change, so confirm the price on the provider’s site before you pay. By using this site you agree to these terms.
About these terms
These terms cover your use of islandesim.com (“the site”). “We” and “us” mean Island eSIM. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site. Our privacy policy explains what information we collect.
What we do and don’t do
- We compare eSIM plans and write guides about using your phone abroad.
- We don’t sell eSIMs, take payments, activate plans or provide mobile service.
- When you buy a plan, you buy it from the provider. Delivery, activation, refunds and support are between you and the provider, under the provider’s terms.
If you have a problem with an order, contact the provider. We can’t see or change your order.
Prices and plan details
Each plan in our comparison shows the date we last checked it, and we explain how we check in how we compare. Even so:
- Providers change prices, data allowances and terms without telling us. The price on the provider’s site at checkout is the one that counts.
- Coverage, speed and network availability depend on the local networks, your phone and where you are. We can’t promise a plan will work in a particular place.
- Check that your phone supports eSIM and is unlocked before you buy. Our compatibility guide explains how.
If you find a mistake, please tell us and we’ll correct it.
Affiliate links and discount codes
Some links to providers are affiliate links: if you buy through them, the provider may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions don’t change our rankings. Details are in our affiliate disclosure.
Discount codes come from the providers. They can expire or change, and the provider decides whether a code applies to your order. We can’t guarantee a code will work.
Information, not advice
Our pages are general information to help you compare options. They aren’t professional, legal or financial advice. Decide what suits your trip and your phone, and check important details with the provider or your mobile carrier.
Using our content
The text, tables and design of the site belong to Island eSIM. You’re welcome to quote a short part with a link back to the page it came from. Please don’t copy whole pages or republish our price data elsewhere without asking us first.
Don’t use the site in a way that harms it or other visitors, for example by trying to break into it, overloading it with automated requests or sending spam through the contact form.
Trademarks
Provider names and logos belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the products we compare. Showing them doesn’t mean a provider endorses us or this site.
If you think something on the site infringes your copyright or trademark, email [email protected] with the page address and what you believe is infringed, and we’ll look at it promptly.
Other websites
We link to providers and other websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, products, prices or privacy practices.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the site accurate, but it’s provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its information. This includes a plan that costs more or does less than we showed, roaming charges from your home carrier, or a problem with a provider. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can’t be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top of the page when we do. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bermuda. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to sort it out. If we can’t, the courts of Bermuda will decide, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about using the site.
