Short answer
We list every eSIM plan we can find that works in Bermuda, check its price on the provider’s own website, and re-check it every month. The table is sorted by price. Our picks follow fixed rules based on price, trip length and data, using verified plans only. Commissions never change the order or the picks.
Where the plan data comes from
- The provider’s own website or app. A plan counts as verified only when we’ve read its price there. Verified plans show a green “Verified” label with the date.
- Other public price listings, to find plans we haven’t checked yet. These plans show “Not yet verified” until we check them on the provider’s site.
- Home carrier roaming and local SIMs come from the carriers’ own pages. We show them so you can decide whether you need an eSIM at all.
We never estimate or guess a value. If a provider doesn’t say which network or hotspot rules apply, the table says “Not stated”.
How often we check
- Every plan is re-checked at least once a month.
- A plan not checked for 45 days shows “may have changed”. After 90 days it’s hidden until we check it again.
- Each page shows the date of its most recent check, and the Updates list at the bottom of the comparison records what changed.
How the table is ordered
Verified plans come first, then by price, lowest first. You can re-sort by price per GB, data or length, and filter by trip length, unlimited data and hotspot.
How we choose our picks
| Pick | Rule |
|---|---|
| Best for a cruise stop | Cheapest verified plan valid for 3 days or less |
| Best for a week | Cheapest verified plan with at least 3 GB, valid 7 to 15 days |
| Best unlimited | Cheapest verified unlimited plan valid 5 days or more |
| Cheapest per GB | Lowest price per GB among verified plans with 5 GB or more |
| Our pick | Chosen by us, with the reason written next to it |
The first four are calculated from the data, so they change automatically when prices change.
How we rate providers
Provider reviews get a score out of 5 once we have enough information:
| Factor | Weight |
|---|---|
| Price for typical Bermuda trips (3, 7 and 14 days) | 35% |
| Network and tested speed in Bermuda | 20% |
| Plan choice and flexibility (lengths, activation window, top-ups) | 15% |
| Clear terms (hotspot, fair use, when validity starts) | 10% |
| Support and refund policy | 10% |
| App and setup | 10% |
| Commission paid to us | 0% |
Until we’ve tested a provider in Bermuda, its review says “Not rated yet”.

How we make money
Some providers pay us a commission when you buy a plan through our links, at no extra cost to you. We list providers that don’t pay us too, and we show options that earn us nothing (roaming, local SIMs, Wi-Fi) when they’re the better choice. Full details: affiliate disclosure.
